Introduction to MI series handheld infrared thermometer
1. Introduction to Apogee MI Series
The Apogee MI series handheld infrared thermometer can receive infrared radiation energy from the surface of an object within the probe's field of view and convert it into an electrical signal to measure the temperature of the object's surface. Its response time is only about 0.6 seconds, making it very suitable for applications that require rapid measurement. A radiation shield has been installed around the germanium probe for recording, which can effectively reduce measurement data errors caused by sudden changes in ambient temperature.
The MI series handheld infrared thermometer is equipped with four sizes of field of view observation windows, which can provide multiple different choices to meet the needs of various fields.
It has data recording function and can record 99 manual measurement data. In automatic mode, the measuring instrument will measure every 30 seconds and store the average value every 30 minutes. At the same time, it can also aggregate daily data. Its built-in display screen allows customers to obtain measurement data in a timely manner. By using the AC-100 data cable, it is easy to import the data stored in the measuring instrument into the computer.
The recorder itself is powered by a CR2320 button battery, which is very convenient to use.
The Apogee MI series handheld infrared thermometer can be used to measure road surface temperature, plant canopy temperature, as well as surface temperature of objects such as soil, snow, and standing water.
