Working Principle:
After the dusty airflow enters the lower box through the air inlet, some of it settles, and when the slight dust floats, it is blocked by the filter bag. It enters the upper box through a Venturi tube and is discharged from the air outlet. The dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag continues to increase. Within the limited resistance range, the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag should be removed. The dust removal is carried out by the control instrument regularly triggering each control valve in sequence, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed out from the nozzle hole (primary air) through the Venturi tube to induce surrounding air several times the primary air (secondary air) to enter the filter bag. The filter bag rapidly expands in an instant and is accompanied by the reverse action of the airflow. The shaken dust falls into the ash door and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge valve.
