Low voltage pulse long bag dust collector dust removal process
Low voltage pulse long bag filter is a new and efficient bag filter developed on the basis of summarizing various bag filters. The low-pressure pulse long bag dust collector adopts offline low-pressure pulse jet cleaning technology to prevent dust reattachment and loss of control, enhance the cleaning effect of the filter bag, improve the filtration speed, save cleaning energy consumption, and extend the life of the filter bag. The low-voltage pulse long bag dust collector adopts a PLC programmable controller to automatically control the entire process of dust cleaning and transportation. Therefore, this dust collector is a large-scale dust removal equipment with large air volume, good dust cleaning effect, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and small footprint. The low-pressure pulse long bag dust collector is mainly composed of ash hopper, filter chamber, clean air chamber, bracket, lifting valve, and spray cleaning device. During work, dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air duct. Large particles of dust directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while smaller dust enters the filtering chamber upwards with the turning of the airflow and is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified flue gas enters the bag and flows through the bag mouth and the clean air chamber into the exhaust outlet, where it is discharged. As the filtration process continues, the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag increases, and the resistance of the equipment also increases. When the resistance of the equipment rises to a certain value, a cleaning operation should be carried out to remove the accumulated dust on the surface of the filter bag.
Advantages and Characteristics
The dusty gas in the long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter is introduced from the lower part of the middle box and guided by the baffle to the upper part of the middle box before entering the filter bag. The clean air is discharged from the upper box.
The dust cleaning device is equipped with a fast straight through pulse valve with a diameter of 80mm. Its structure and size have been optimized through extensive testing, and it has a reasonably designed throttling channel and pressure relief channel, low self resistance, and fast opening and closing performance. Therefore, it can release a larger amount of compressed gas in a shorter time, and the dust cleaning effect is good.
The connection between the pulse valve and the spray pipe adopts a plug-in method. The spray pipe is equipped with nozzles with varying aperture sizes, aimed at the center of each filter bag. The bag mouth does not have an injector, so it is called a "direct pulse".
The pulse valve has a spraying time of 65-85ms each time, which is shorter than the traditional pulse cleaning method and can produce stronger cleaning ability. Dust cleaning generally adopts a constant pressure difference control method, or a timed control method. The diameter of the filter bag is Ø 120-130mm, and the length is 6m. According to the needs, the diameter of the filter bag can be expanded to Ø 150-160mm, and the length can be extended to 8m.
Long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter is a type of equipment that uses elastic expansion rings to fix filter bags. By relying on the elastic expansion ring and saddle shaped pad installed at the bag mouth, the filter bag is embedded into the bag hole of the flower board. When changing the bag, flatten the bag opening into a "concave" shape, and insert the dust containing filter bag into the ash hopper through the bag hole. After all the dust containing filter bags are inserted into the ash hopper, they will be collected and removed through the inspection door of the ash hopper. When installing the filter bag, first place the bottom and middle of the filter bag into the bag holes of the flower board. When the bag mouth is close to the flower board, flatten the bag mouth into a "concave" shape, and press the groove formed by the saddle pad tightly against the edge of the flower board bag hole. Then gradually release it, and the bag mouth will return to a circular shape, fully embedded into the bag holes of the flower board.
The filter bag frame is directly supported on the flower board. When installing the filter bag, after the clean filter bag is fixed in place, insert the frame into the filter bag, install the spray pipe, and close the upper cover.
The CD series low-pressure large pulse bag filter has the following characteristics
1) The spray device has low resistance and the pulse valve opens and closes quickly, resulting in a low spray pressure of 0 15 -0.2MPa, Short spraying time;
2) The filter bag has a length of 6-8 meters and occupies a small area;
3) The pressure loss of the equipment is low, and the energy consumption for dust cleaning is significantly reduced, so the operating energy consumption is lower than that of the back blowing dust bag filter;
4) The filter bag is easy to remove and replace, and the contact between people and dusty filter bags is brief, with good operating conditions;
5) Under the same conditions, the number of pulse valves is only 1/7 of traditional pulse cleaning, and the maintenance workload is small.
There are three series of long bag low-pressure pulse bag dust collectors: single machine, single row structure, and double row structure. With the expansion of industrial production scale, the specifications of bag filter equipment have also expanded accordingly, and the scale can be further expanded as needed.
