The DWC type impact test low-temperature chamber is the latest compressor refrigeration equipment developed by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB/T229-2007 "Metallic Charpy notch impact test method".
This device is easy and convenient to operate, with no chemical pollution, no noise, no vibration, no wear, small size, light weight, simple operation, high control accuracy, and continuous operation. It is the most ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment for low-temperature impact testing of metal materials. It can also be used for other low-temperature detection and testing work.
Performance Description:
Low temperature impact test is a very important test, especially when the test temperature is within the brittle transition temperature range of the tested material. Even small changes in the test temperature can cause significant changes and sharp jumps in the test data, which often turns qualified materials into unqualified, and vice versa.
The DWC series impact test low-temperature tank is the latest compressor refrigeration equipment developed by our company based on the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB/T229-2007 "Metallic Charpy notch impact test method". By using the cascade compressor refrigeration technology, utilizing the principle of thermal balance and circulating stirring method, automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample can be achieved, which can fully meet the various temperature control indicators specified by national standards. The low-temperature tank is controlled by single-chip microcomputer technology, with digital temperature values, automatic temperature control, automatic timing, and automatic alarm. It is easy to operate and safe, with fast cooling speed, large volume, and high temperature control accuracy. It is an ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment for low-temperature impact testing of metal materials.
