Long distance vibrating feedervibrating Conveyor)It is the process of uniformly, continuously, or quantitatively conveying powdered, granular, or block shaped materials through parabolic motion. Widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, food, environmental protection and other industries.
There are three types: elastic linkage, electromagnetic, and inertial.
① Elastic linkage type. Composed of eccentric shaft, connecting rod, connecting rod end spring, and material groove. The rotation of the eccentric shaft causes the end of the connecting rod to move back and forth, triggering directional vibration in the material groove. Drive the material in the tank to continuously move forward. Generally, low frequency, large amplitude, or medium frequency and medium amplitude are used.
② Electromagnetic type. Composed of iron core, coil, armature, and material groove, etc. When the rectified current passes through the coil, a periodic electromagnetic attraction is generated, causing vibration in the material tank. Generally, high frequency and small amplitude are used.
③ Inertial type. Composed of an eccentric block, a main shaft, a material trough, etc., the centrifugal inertia force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block triggers the vibration of the material trough. Generally, medium frequency and amplitude are used.
