This measuring instrument is designed and manufactured according to the SY/T 7509 standard, and is suitable for measuring the content of residual substances after the volatilization of liquefied petroleum gas at 37.8 ℃.

The liquefied petroleum gas residue analyzer produced by our company adopts a unique compression mechanism cooling structure in China. It has a unique and novel appearance, high temperature control accuracy, rapid cooling, and easy operation, avoiding the inconvenience caused by the complex appearance and difficult operation of similar instruments such as dry ice and circulating water cooling in China. It is currently the most advanced and convenient liquefied petroleum gas residue analyzer in China. As shown in Figure 1.

Working Principle

The refrigeration system of this instrument consists of a compressor, a filter, a capillary choke, an evaporator, and various connecting pipelines. The refrigerant absorbs heat and expands through the evaporator, and the expanded gas is compressed by the compressor into the exhaust pipeline to form high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which then enters the condenser to cool into liquid. Then, it is throttled and depressurized by the capillary tube and enters the evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat, achieving the purpose of refrigeration. After the refrigerant evaporates, it is compressed by the compressor into the exhaust pipe and enters the condenser, thus working repeatedly to achieve cyclic refrigeration. The temperature control system is controlled by an intelligent digital temperature controller through PID adjustment to achieve fixed-point temperature control. The control signal output by the temperature controller triggers the solid-state relay, causing the heating tube to work and counteract the cooling capacity generated by the compressor refrigeration system, keeping it constant at the temperature we need.
