Mainly used for large-scale coal-fired boiler flue gas dust removal and desulfurization projects.
1. Accurately simulate the gas flow field inside the absorption tower and adopt optimized airflow distribution design to ensure uniform distribution of fluids inside the tower.
2. Reasonably design various elements such as tower diameter and height, determine key process parameters such as optimal empty tower velocity and gas residence time, and achieve a desulfurization efficiency of 95% -98%.
3. Based on actual working conditions, the number of spray layers and each element of layer height were optimized to determine the optimal spray density, ensuring a spray coverage rate of 200%.
4. Based on the actual working conditions, the size and shape of the absorption tower, flue, and defogger equipment were reasonably designed to minimize the pressure loss of the desulfurization tower equipment, thereby minimizing the energy consumption of the induced draft function.
5. Determine the flow rate, head, and quantity of the circulating pump to be put into operation based on the concentration of SO2 in the imported flue gas, in order to minimize energy consumption.
