1、 Working principle:

The working principle of the pressure spray drying equipment is as follows: the liquid material is transferred through a large pressure of 2-20MPa

The filtered liquid material is sent to a pressure atomizer for atomization into low droplets, and the atomized droplets (with increased surface area) come into full contact with hot air to quickly complete the drying process. Obtain finished products in powder or fine low particle form.

2、 The pressure spray drying equipment has the following characteristics:
1. The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid increases after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95-98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only tens of seconds to tens of seconds. It is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
