1、 Description of the principle of laboratory bench type micro organic solvent spray dryer:
The material liquid processed in the previous process is sent to the atomizer above the drying chamber by a peristaltic pump, which uniformly atomizes the material liquid into a group of extremely micron droplets. It enters the drying chamber, and the gas enters the heating system, which is heated to the required temperature for the process. It enters the drying chamber uniformly through a hot air pipeline, and after contact with the droplet group, it solidifies at high temperature and pyrolyzes into products. The dried finished product is sent to the cyclone separator for gas-solid separation along with the exhaust gas through the exhaust pipe. The finished product is recovered, and the saturated exhaust gas is filtered through the dust collector filter element and enters the condenser of the OM-YJ-500 nitrogen circulation organic solvent recovery device for solvent recovery. The condensed nitrogen gas is then circulated again in the heater for use.
2、 Process requirements:
1. Solvent/Material Name: Water and Organic Solvent. (Organic solvents require the use of OM-YJ-500 auxiliary equipment)
3. Processing capacity: maximum 500ml/H (based on solid content). The minimum feeding amount for the experiment is 20ml.
4. Dry powder recovery rate ≥ about 70-90% (depending on material characteristics)
5. Product residual moisture content ≤ 2-5%
6. Electrical control: PLC system programming, control program programming, touch screen operating system.

3、 Equipment structure:
1. The entire device is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2. Color large touch screen operation, control program programming, combination of fully automatic control and manual control, Chinese panel, experimental parameter screen self setting.
3. Real time PID constant temperature control technology, accurate temperature control, heating temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃.
4. The spray drying chamber and collection device are made of transparent high-quality stainless steel, and the whole process of spray drying experiment can be viewed through a mirror.
5. The atomization structure of two fluid spray. The nozzle is made of SUS316 material. The particle size of the powder is normally distributed. The atomized particle size is less than 30 μ m. The atomized particle size can be adjusted according to the pressure.
6. The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump.
