LT type butterfly valve can be driven manually, worm gear, pneumatic, or electric. The connection method can be flange or clamp. The structural form can be single eccentric, center line, double eccentric, or triple eccentric. Application and characteristics of LT butterfly valve
LT butterfly valve is suitable for regulating flow and intercepting media on water supply and drainage, gas pipelines in food, medicine, chemical, petroleum, power, metallurgy, urban construction, textile, papermaking and other industries. Its main features are:
1. Novel and reasonable design, unique structure, light weight, and quick opening and closing.
2. Small operating torque, easy to operate, labor-saving and skillful.
3. Can be installed in any location, convenient.
4. The seals can be replaced, and the sealing performance is reliable, achieving bidirectional sealing with zero leakage.
5. The sealing material has the characteristics of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
6. Simple structure, good interchangeability, and low price.
7. The valve stem seal is not easily deformed, thus avoiding the usual valve stem leakage phenomenon. Overall good support, stable and firm.
8. The amount of rubber used for the valve seat is small, and the potential impact of expansion is minimal. It is easy to control the torque value within an appropriate range using a two-piece valve stem without a pin connection. The structure is simple and compact, and disassembly is extremely convenient.
9. The butterfly plate has automatic alignment, achieving a small interference fit between the butterfly plate and the valve seat. Phenolic backrest seat has the characteristics of non detachment, tensile strength, leakage prevention, and easy replacement. Due to the integration of the sealing surface of the valve seat and the backrest, the deformation of the valve seat is reduced.
