The installation of LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump has a significant impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation work must be carried out carefully and not hastily.The installation height, length, and diameter of the suction pipe of the LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump should meet the calculated values, striving for simplicity and reducing unnecessary losses (such as bends).
3. The suction and discharge pipelines should have pipe racks, and the pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipelines.
4. The installation location should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work and good heat dissipation.
5. Installation sequence:
(1) Place the unit on a foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and place a pair of pads between the base and the foundation for reference.
(2) Loosen the coupling and place a spirit level on the pump shaft and base respectively. Adjust the wedge pad to make the unit level. After aligning, tighten the anchor bolts appropriately to prevent movement.
(3) Pour concrete into the base and anchor bolt holes.
(4) After the concrete has dried and solidified, check whether there are any defects or looseness in the base and anchor bolts. After passing the inspection, tighten the anchor bolts and recheck the levelness of the pump.
(5) Correct the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The deviation on the outer circle of the coupling is allowed to be 0.1 millimeters, and the gap between the two coupling planes should be ensured to be 2-3 millimeters. The maximum and minimum gap difference around the end faces of the two couplings should not exceed 0.3 millimeters.
(6) After connecting the pipeline and determining the direction of rotation of the prime mover, connect the coupling again and verify the coaxiality of the circle.
(7) After 3-4 hours of actual trial operation of the unit, a final inspection shall be conducted. If there are no adverse phenomena, the installation is considered qualified.
(8) To prevent debris from falling into the machine during installation, all holes in the unit should be covered.
(9) When cleaning the inlet and outlet pipelines before starting the pump, a filter should be added to the inlet section of the pump to prevent debris from entering the pump.

Firstly, after the installation of the LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump and pipeline, whether using water pressure or air pressure, the inlet and outlet valves of the pump must be closed before conducting pressure testing to prevent damage to the seals and oil leakage.
1. Preparation for startup of LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump
(1) Clean up the site, unscrew the bearing seat screws, and add thermal oil as lubricating oil.
(2) Check if the motor rotation direction is consistent with the pump rotation direction.
(3) The coupling pump should rotate flexibly when moved by hand.(4) Before driving, the pump should be filled with the transferred heat transfer oil to expel air from the pump. At this time, the gate valve on the discharge pipe should be closed.
(5) The conveyed heat transfer oil needs to be uniformly heated and preheated before driving, which is achieved by continuously passing the conveyed heat transfer oil through the pump body.
Preheating standard: The temperature of the pump casing shall not be lower than 40 ℃ of the inlet oil temperature, and the preheating speed shall be 50 ℃/hour. When preheating during start-up, the side nuts on the pump legs should be loosened by 0.3-0.5mm. After preheating, they should be tightened.
(6) Before driving, check whether the foundation and bolts are loose, and whether the seal is normal.
2. Start the LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump.
(1) Thoroughly inspect whether all preparatory work has been completed.
(2) Turn on the switches of various instruments.
(3) Connect the power supply, when the pump reaches normal speed and the instrument displays a considerable pressure, gradually open the gate valve on the output pipeline and adjust it to the required working condition. When the gate valve on the output pipeline is closed, the pump should not work continuously for more than 3 minutes.
(4) During the initial operation of the pump, slowly heat the equipment in the production process to 100-130 ℃ and maintain it at that temperature to continue running. Dehydrate and degas until the water in the heat transfer oil completely evaporates before heating the equipment to operating temperature.
(5) After the first 3-4 hours of operation, heat the equipment to operating temperature and turn off the oil pump. Check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft coupling. The deviation between the pump shaft and motor shaft should be controlled within the allowable range, and the pump shaft should rotate lightly, flexibly, and without vibration by hand. If the above requirements cannot be met, adjustments should be made again.
(6) During the startup process, always pay attention to the power reading and vibration of the motor, with a vibration value not exceeding 0.6 millimeters. If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection.

1. Disassembly sequence of LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump(1) Drain the liquid from the pump and the lubricating oil from the bearing bracket.
(2) Tighten the fixing bolts of the motor, move the motor away from the base, and remove the two halves of the coupling.
(3) Remove the pump cover connection, loosen the bearing seat bracket bolts, and extract the pump cover along with the bearing bracket and rotor part from the pump body.
(4) Unscrew the impeller nut and remove the impeller.
(5) Unscrew the pump cover and bearing seat bolts, and remove the pump cover.
(6) Unscrew the bolt on the right end bearing cover and remove the bearing cover.
(7) Remove the bearing retaining ring.
(8) Press the pump shaft out of the bearing seat.
(9) Press out the bearing on the pump shaft and remove the mechanical seal moving ring and "0" ring spring (undamaged, no need to remove)).
(10) Press out the static ring "0" ring inside the bearing seat.
2. Assembly of LQRY type high-temperature resistant oil pump
The assembly sequence of LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump can be carried out in the reverse order of disassembly. Maintenance instructions for LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump
(1) The LQRY high-temperature resistant oil pump shaft is equipped with a packing box at the front end, which provides reliable sealing performance. At the same time, a mechanical seal device is installed in the bearing seat, so a large amount of leakage is impossible to occur, while a small amount of leakage can be discharged and received through the leakage pipe mouth. It is normal to have a small amount of leakage at the beginning of operation, but after a certain period of time, the leakage will decrease or stop after the sealing surface is closed.
(2) The heat transferred from the conveying medium to the pump cover and bearing is dissipated by the surface of the pump cover and bearing seat, making the temperature of the bearing seat adapt to the temperature of the shaft sealing performance. Therefore, when selecting the installation position of the pump, it is necessary to facilitate the diffusion of heat from the pump cover and bearing seat, without any heat accumulation phenomenon.
(3) There are two ball bearings installed in the bearing seat. One ball bearing on the pump impeller side is lubricated with the conveyed heat transfer oil, while the other ball bearing on the coupling side is lubricated with high-temperature grease
After running for 3000 hours, each ball bearing must be removed and cleaned with diesel, and the contact surface must be checked for damage. If there is any damage, a new bearing must be replaced.
When installing the ball bearing on the impeller side, the side with a dust cover should be installed facing the impeller, and thermal oil should be injected for lubrication before starting up.
The ball bearing on the coupling side is lubricated with composite calcium based high-temperature grease (ZFG-4). When reinstalling the bearing, the side with a dust cover should also be installed facing the impeller side, and filled with grease (about 1/2 of the space between the ball bearing and the housing) during installation.
After the bearing has been running for 48 hours, use a grease gun to inject supplementary grease into the pressure oil cup on the bearing cover.
(4) Do not use the gate valve on the input pipe to adjust the flow rate to avoid cavitation.
(5) The pump should not operate continuously at a flow rate lower than 30% of the design flow rate. If it must operate under this condition, a bypass pipe should be installed at the outlet and the flow rate should be above the minimum value mentioned above.
(6) Regularly check the looseness of the anchor bolts, whether the temperature of the pump casing is consistent with the inlet temperature, the fluctuation of the outlet pressure gauge, and the operation of the pump.
(7) Pay attention to whether there is any noise during the operation of the pump. If any abnormal state is found, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.
