The sealing system of the pump is equipped with a new type of built-in mechanical seal developed by our company. It can transport both acidic and alkaline clear liquids, as well as slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities. Especially in the transportation of corrosive liquids containing small particles, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acids, electrolytes, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, and slurry with a concentration of less than 40%, it has shown excellent performance.
This series of pumps is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 100 ℃. After replacing the impeller, pump body, and pump cover with other engineering plastics (soluble polytetrafluoroethylene PFA, perfluoroalkoxy F46, chlorinated polyether), the maximum applicable temperature can reach 160 ℃.
