The LQ series partial rotary valve electric device is the latest upgraded product developed by our company. Suitable for 90 turn valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and air dampers, used for valve opening, closing, or regulating control. It can be remotely controlled or operated on site.

Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, water plants, and sewage treatment.

The protection level of this product is IP67, and the explosion-proof level of explosion-proof products (with Ex in the model) is d II BT6 or d II CT6

mechanical housing

Shell: The aluminum alloy shell has undergone oxidation treatment. Polyester powder coating can adapt to various harsh working conditions;

Transmission mechanism: equipped with precise double worm gear mechanism, low noise, high output torque;;

● Self locking function: The double worm gear mechanism has a self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation;

Motor: Specially designed induction motor with built-in thermal protection switch to prevent motor overheating, with insulation level of F;

External mechanical limit: prevents overtravel when the limit switch fails;

Torque switch: Provides overload protection when the valve torque is too high, with one opening and one closing torque;

Limit switch: can accurately locate the position of the valve, and auxiliary switches can provide dry contact signals;

● Wiring terminal: Spring pressed wiring terminal, firmly connected, can be used in vibration environments;

● Drying machine: Drying machine can prevent condensation of water vapor

● Clutch mechanism: Close the switch handle to operate the handwheel, and it will automatically reset when powered on

Handwheel: Operated with a handwheel, the valve can be opened or closed during power outages or emergencies.

The on-site button light box knob adopts a non penetrating design to improve the sealing characteristics of the whole machine;

Set up electric devices to monitor electricity, and the DCS system to provide comprehensive fault signals;

The conversion knob can be locked with a regular padlock as needed to prevent accidental operation.
