Due to the self-locking structure between the outer teeth of the stationary ring and the worm, the rotation of the planetary gear cannot be achievedRotate the stationary ring gear, and the planetary gear, inner teeth of the stationary ring gear, dynamic gear, and eccentric shaft form a 2K-H planetary gear system. Manual operation: When turning the handwheel, the worm drives the outer teeth of the stationary ring to rotate, and the fixed axis gear system composed of the inner gear of the stationary ring, the composite planetary gear, and the dynamic gear drives the output shaft to rotate. Therefore, the manual and electric operation conversion of the LQ actuator is completed through the role change of the static gear ring, without a clutch or the need to switch the handle, achieving fully automatic switching.
Protection function: To prevent motor overheating, a temperature protection switch is embedded in the motor winding. When the motor overheats, the temperature protection switch will activate to cut off the motor power supply to protect the motor from damage.To prevent excessive torque, when abnormal phenomena such as valve jamming occur, the output torque of the actuator may increase, which may cause damage to the actuator or valve. Through the torque limiting mechanism, when the valve experiences excessive torque, the motor power can be cut off in a timely manner, an alarm can be issued, and damage can be avoided.
There is a space heating resistor installed inside the box cover of the anti condensation LQ actuator. When the ambient temperature or humidity changes, it can heat the air inside the electrical chamber to prevent condensation of water vapor.
