The LP7160 single point weighing sensor utilizes the Weston bridge principle, alloy steel or stainless steel elastomer, and is equipped with high-precision strain gauges made of imported European materials and imported glue. Through a refined process and high-precision detection equipment, a high-precision and highly reliable weighing force sensor is manufactured; Widely used in various industrial scales (waterproof platform scales, weighing scales, roller scales) and force measuring equipment.
Process flow: Sandblasting cleaning → SMT (pre - and post curing) → Bridge assembly and wiring → Temperature compensation → Initial measurement → Sealing → Strain hole laser welding → Initial measurement → Standardization compensation → Retesting → Sealing (cleaning, coating at welding points) → Packaging and warehousing
