LHNSliding table moduleThe series linear positioning unit consists of square aluminum profiles with hard cylindrical steel rails on both sides and a sliding table. The sliding table is equipped with rollers on both sides that can freely run on cylindrical steel rails and move in a straight line under the drive of a synchronous belt. The synchronous wheel mechanism at both ends of the profile uses maintenance free ball bearings, and the sliding table is equipped with oil box structures at both ends, which can self lubricate the guide rails during the operation of the sliding table, reducing maintenance difficulty and improving reliability. The tension of the belt can be adjusted by a simple device installed on the slide table. This device can also be used for adjusting the synchronous motion of two (gantry structure) or multiple linear units.
LHN Sliding Platform Module Standard Series Customization
Installation method of slide mechanism: Install other mechanisms through the screw holes on the slide.
● Travel: Customizable according to needs, with a maximum length of 5700mm for a single piece and the ability to connect multiple pieces.
● Linear unit installation method: Fix the linear unit through T-slots or screw holes, or use LHN installation accessories.●Synchronous belt model: S5M or H3M synchronous belt reinforced with steel wire, without buffering during reversing, with a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.1mm.
●Installation of induction switch; The induction switch is directly installed on the side of the module profile through KNK installation accessories, which can adapt to photoelectric switches (PM-Y44) and proximity switches (TL-W3MC1).
Motor installation: The motor is connected to the module output shaft through KNK installation accessories, and can adapt to the installation of various brands of stepper motors such as 42, 57, 86, as well as servo motors such as 100W, 200W, 400W, 750W, etc.
