overview
LHBU740 balance hood type liquid level transmitter, the sensitive device is installed at the lower end of the relay box, and the input component is the balance hood. The two are connected by an air duct (pressure guide), and the pressure of the liquid column is indirectly transmitted to the sensitive component through the air duct, thus avoiding direct contact between the sensitive component and the measured medium. Not only suitable for measuring ordinary water, but also for liquid level measurement in special occasions such as high temperature, viscous, corrosive media. Widely applicable in fields such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, power plants, water conservancy, urban water supply, and industrial wastewater.
Main technical parameters
Range: 0-1 to 30m
Measurement medium: various corrosive liquids such as water, heavy and light oil, crude oil, acid and alkali
Accuracy: 0.25% F · S; 0.5% F · S (usually 0.5% F · S)
Output: 4-20mADC
Temperature: ambient temperature 0-60 ℃, medium temperature 0-250 ℃
Power supply: 24VDC
Dustproof and moisture-proof: all-weather
Explosion proof level: EXia II CT5
Indicator header: 100% pointer header or 31/2-digit LCD display (user must specify separately when ordering)
Working principle
When the balance cover of the transmitter is placed at a certain position in the liquid, the pressure exerted on the sensor through the air duct is: P=9.807 pH+Po
Among them, P represents the pressure sensed by the sensor, measured in kPa
P - Liquid level density, unit: g/cm3
H - height of liquid level to be measured, unit: m
Po - pressure on the liquid surface, in kPa
If the back chamber of the sensor is connected to the upper part of the liquid level, Po is zero, so H is approximately equal to 0.102P/p. The transmitter converts the sensed pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is proportional to the height of the liquid level.
Attention: The container of the tested liquid must be open to the atmosphere and cannot be sealed, otherwise the measurement results will be meaningless.
