Fault handling
·1、 There is no display on the operation panel when the power switch is turned on
·1. Please check if the three-phase power supply and neutral wire are disconnected.
·2. Is the internal switch tripped.
·3. Is the fuse blown? Please replace it with a new one.
·4. Check if the phase sequence of R, S, and T is consistent and if there is a missing phase. Please replace the three-phase power supply.
·2、 Not heated/Slow heating
·1. Please check if the output power is set to zero or low.
·2. Please check the three-phase power supply and neutral wire.
·3. Whether the air supply switch is turned on and whether the direction of the fan is correct.
·3、 Not timed: Please check the timer output parametersIs OUTMODE A-2, otherwise it will not time.
·4、 Not running air: Please check the three-phase power supply, whether the air contactor is engaged, and whether the thermal relay is tripped.
produceProduct installation
·1. Please connect the three-phase power supply and neutral wire correctly.
·2. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light will turn on, and the voltmeter will indicate 380V voltage.
·3. Turn on the air supply switch, and the air supply motor will start running. There will be strong winds blowing out from the inside of the oven
·Confirm with the three keys and SET key. Adjust the required temperature and heat it up (it is strictly prohibited to not use air supply heating).
·5. Set the timer time, and the 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys on the panel correspond to the individual, ten, hundred, and thousand digits of the displayed value. After modifying the desired time, turn on the timer switch.
·6. Explanation of overtemperature setting: In general, the temperature value set for overtemperature should be between 3-5 ℃ higher than the temperature set by the thermostat. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the overtemperature indicator light will turn on and all heating systems will be turned off, and the air supply will operate normally
·7. After the baking time is up, timer, alarm, and automatic power-off will be triggered.
·8. Temperature controller setting: Temperature setting: The instrument displays the actual temperature inside the furnace, and the SV displays the set temperature. First, press the move button, and the SV display value will flash. Move it to the desired position, ten position, or hundred position. Then press the ▲ up button to increase the temperature, or press the down button to decrease the temperature. Finally, press the SET button to confirm the temperature you have set, and the SV display value will stop flashing.
