Instrument Introduction
LD3001 is a catalytic methane/non methane total hydrocarbon portable or wall mounted multi-purpose analyzer. It adopts full heating, no cold point high-temperature cycle technology, is equipped with a high-temperature and efficient catalytic device, and uses dual FID detectors to simultaneously detect the concentration values of total hydrocarbons and methane in the sample gas. It can display and calculate the concentration values of total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane in real time.
Complies with the national standards of "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Continuous Monitoring System of Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Fixed Pollution Source Waste Gas" (HJ 1013-2018) and "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Portable Monitoring Instruments of Total Hydrocarbons, Methane and Non Methane in Environmental Air and Waste Gas" (HJ 1012-2018).
Catalytic FD principle:
The biggest difference between using catalytic oxidation FD method and chromatography-FD method is that instead of using a chromatographic column to separate methane, a methane cutter (high-temperature catalytic oxidation furnace) is used to separate methane.
Instrument principle
Import the sample into a portable catalytic oxidation hydrogen flame ionization detector analyzer, where all hydrocarbons in one route are detected by FID to obtain the total hydrocarbon content. The hydrocarbons in the sample gas (i.e. air) are catalytically oxidized to carbon dioxide and water to obtain the methane content. The difference between the two is the non methane total hydrocarbon content.
Instrument features:
The instrument is highly integrated and scalable, and can be configured with a total hydrocarbon analyzer and a methane/non methane total hydrocarbon analyzer according to demand;
The entire process of high-temperature heating, including system analysis of gas pipelines and gas control components, is carried out in an environment with a high temperature of 190 degrees Celsius, and there are no cold spots during the analysis process;
Under the action of the new catalyst, non methane hydrocarbons do not produce any reaction components, and the catalytic capacity reaches 95%;
Adopting a dual FID detector flow path design, simultaneously detecting total hydrocarbon and methane concentration values in parallel to ensure accuracy and real-time analysis;
Dual channel EPC pressure controller ensures consistency of total hydrocarbon and methane injection quantities;
The instrument is easy to operate, and after preheating, it can continuously detect methane, total hydrocarbons, and non methane concentrations without interruption, achieving real-time detection;
The auxiliary gas source is single, only requiring micro compressed hydrogen gas;
Low maintenance costs, no consumable parts in the instrument, and a catalyst lifespan of over 2 years.
