Simple operation method
1. First, fix the four foot cup holders of the table in their intended positions
2. Place the platform in a fixed position to prevent sliding
3. To fix it on the workbench, use angle steel 5mm × 5cm × 5cm to make the workbench, and the desktop should be as horizontal as possible
4. Pay attention to fixing the foot cup holder on the workbench made of angle steel first, and then place it on the vibration table
5. Connect the output line of the vibration table body to the output line of the control box:
① The platform is 20cm high and connected vertically
② The height of the platform is 25cm and it is level
6. Connect the control box power supply 220V/50HZ
7. Turn on the power switch and unplug it to position 1 (ON)
8. Select the waveform switch, usually select full wave, and pull it to the "1" position
9. Select the vibration direction switch as vertical or horizontal, with "0" indicating vertical and "1" indicating horizontal function
10. When the L series variable resistor is turned on at the "0" position, the HZ light on the P series panel lights up

11. ROG is the menu, ENTER is the confirmation, and the desired value can be changed with each press using the △ ▽ key
12. Adjust single group or sweep frequency functions according to the menu
13. Adjust the desired function and then adjust the amplitude of CD003 and CD005. Fix the fine adjustment amplitude switch in the middle position
If the frequency is set to be low, the relative value between CD003 and CD005 should be low, otherwise it will exceed the current or amplitude/protection
② If the frequency is set to be high, the relative value between CD003 and CD005 should be high, otherwise it cannot vibrate
③ If protecting, please press the power OFF button again and then ON button again
4) CD003 must be greater than CD005 (CD003>CD005)
If there is no measuring instrument when performing frequency scanning, for example, 1mm amplitude is required from 10 to 55H:
① First, use a single set to adjust CD005 to the required amplitude at 10Hz
② Use a single set to adjust CD003 to the desired amplitude at 55Hz
③ Repeating steps ① and ② three times less will result in more accurate frequency scanning
16. For 100HZ, 200HZ, 300HZ, and 400HZ, due to their large size, they can only be ≤ 20G. The relative amplitudes are 100HZ (1mm), 200HZ (0.25mm), and 300HZ (0.11mm)
400Hz (0.0625mm), many people believe that there is no vibration, but the amplitude is too small to be sensed by the naked eye or human
17. No matter what function is adjusted, if you want to change to different testing functions, please confirm first
