3.2 Installation Method
(1) Open holes of varying sizes in the fixed distribution cabinet;
(2) Remove the instrument panel, loosen the screws, and remove the fixed bracket;
(3) The instrument is inserted into the installation hole from the front;
(4) Insert the instrument mounting bracket and tighten the screws to secure the instrument.

This model of instrument has 4 different shapes, with a panel size of 96X96120X120. Two shapes can be equipped with functional modules such as switch input, switch output, and transmission output.

RS485 communication module:
RS458 supports standard Modbus rtu protocol commands: 01H, 02H, 03H, 04H, 05H, 0FH, 10H. Baud rate: 240048009600. Data format: 8-bit data bits, no checksum, 1-bit stop bit; 8-bit data bit, odd parity, 1-bit stop bit; 8-bit data bit, even check, 1-bit stop bit; 8 data bits, no checksum, 2 stop bits. The communication address, baud rate, and data format can be set through the instrument menu. All measured electrical parameters and parameter settings can be read out through the RS485 interface and can be connected to various PLCs, HMI, Configure software networking.

Relay output module:
Up to 4 relays can be selected, which can operate in alarm or remote control mode. When working in an alarm state, the relay is associated with one of the measured electrical parameters, and if it is lower or higher than the set alarm value, the relay will act; When working in remote control mode, the action of the relay is controlled by Modbus rtu commands 05H, 0FH, 10H through the RS485 interface.
Switch input module:
Up to 6 switch inputs can be selected, using dry node resistance switch signal input method. The instrument is equipped with a+15V working power supply inside, which does not require external power supply. It can be used to monitor functions such as fault alarm nodes, opening and closing status, handcart position, capacitor compensation cabinet capacitor input status, etc. The status information can be remotely transmitted to the intelligent monitoring system through the communication interface. With the remote control/alarm relay function, automatic opening and closing can be easily achieved. The status of switch input monitoring can be set as the condition for relay output action, achieving functions such as locking and interlocking.
Transmission output module:
Up to 2 analog transmission output functions are provided, each of which can select any one of the 26 electrical parameters as the transmission output item. Through the instrument's own transmission output function, the analog transmission output function of electrical parameters (0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-10-20mA, or 4-12-20mA) can be achieved, and the corresponding quantity relationship can be set arbitrarily.

(Note 2: The asterisk on the current line indicates the incoming line, and the incoming and outgoing lines are reversed. The electrical energy is measured to be in reverse phase.)
4、 Programming operation
4.1 Entering and Exiting Programming State
Enter programming mode:
Press and hold the "SET" key for 1 second while measuring the display status to enter the password authentication page. Use the "?", "▲", and "▼" keys to enter the password (default user password is 1111), and then press the "SET" key to enter the programming status page. Note: If you enter the password and press the "SET" key to exit the measurement display state, it means that the password entered is incorrect.
Exit programming state:
In programming mode, hold down the "SET" button for 2 seconds to exit the programming mode. The user will be prompted to choose whether to save the setting values. "Yes" will save the setting values, and "No" will not save them. Press the "SET" key to save, press other keys not to save.
4.2 Use of keys in programming operations
Function key SET: Confirm the setting value, enter the next setting or exit the setting.
Position selection key?: Cycle to select the digital tube to be set, and the selected tube will flash.
Add key ▲: Change the value of the flashing digital tube (the digital tube value cycles from 0 to 9).
Reduce key ▼: Change the value of the flashing digital display (the digital display value cycles from 9 to 0).
