1. Performance characteristics

K-5911B is a neutral single component RTV silicone rubber, a black semi flowing viscous liquid, neutral and non corrosive, with characteristics such as high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, solvent resistance, and low shrinkage. Suitable for bonding and sealing general metals and plastics, it is waterproof, oil resistant, impact resistant, and vibration resistant.

2Purpose:

1) Used for sealing the terminals on both sides of the heating tube, as well as bonding the magnetic tiles and housing of small motors.
2) Sealing, fixing, and shock resistance of electronic components, such as high voltage packs, intermediate circuits, electrical plugs, rectifiers, and capacitor joint protection.
3) Adhesive and sealing of high-voltage components, sensors, transformers, and high-voltage terminals.
4) Widely used for bonding objects such as metals, glass, ceramics, semiconductor devices, plastics, etc.
5) Sealing of high-temperature ovens, steam irons, and industrial high-temperature pipelines.

4. Usage:

First, clean the surface to be bonded and sealed, then evenly apply this product to the surface to perform bonding and sealing. The surface curing time of the product is about 5-10 minutes, and it will reach complete curing after 24 hours.

5. Attention:

1) Curing requires moist air, which may take a longer time in situations where the bonding area is large.

2) Please tighten the cap tube after use to prevent the gel inside the tube from solidifying. If there is solidified material at the pipe mouth, remove the solidified material and use it as usual.
