K-5588A Organic Silicon Mechanical Flat Sealing Adhesive

1. Performance characteristics: Kraft Organic Silicon Mechanical Flat Sealing Adhesive is a ketoxime type single component room temperature curing silicone rubber with high elastic modulus, good thixotropy, neutral and non corrosive properties. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, solvent resistance, low shrinkage, and no collapse. Suitable for adhesive sealing with large gaps (0-6mm), it can be directly glued and sealed according to the flange shape of mechanical internal components, eliminating various gaskets and providing waterproof, oil resistant, impact resistant, vibration resistant and other functions.

2. Usage: This product can replace various rubber pads, asbestos pads, cork pads, and paper pads, and can seal various mechanical equipment and engine, gearbox, axle, and flange joint surfaces of automobiles and motorcycles. It is not limited by the size and shape of the joint surface and is widely used for sealing and leak prevention of various parts of machinery.

4. Usage:
(1) Use a cloth and organic solvent to remove oil and dust from the adhered surface.
(2) Apply the adhesive evenly onto the sealing end face to form a continuous rubber ring, and then tighten it with bolts.
(3) After applying this adhesive, it can immediately provide a sealing effect, and repaired vehicles and equipment can be put into use immediately. The adhesive will self solidify into an elastic anti-seismic sealing gasket.
(4) Can be used for flat sealing with a sealing gap of ≤ 6mm.

5. Attention:
1) Curing requires moist air, which may take a longer time in situations with large sealing areas.
2) Please tighten the cap tube after use to prevent the gel inside the tube from solidifying. If there is solidified material at the pipe mouth, remove the solidified material and use it as usual.

6. Packaging specifications:
100g/tube, 300ml/tube, or packaged according to customer requirements.

7. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of one year at temperatures below 25 ℃.
