Characteristics of Knife Gate Valve:1Adopting a fully circular channel design, the bottom end of the blade is processed into a cutting edge with high smoothness, ensuring good sealing.
2PTFE and scraper are installed on the upper end of the blade to prevent abrasive substances such as dust and gravel from entering the packing box.
3Polyglue or containingNiThe wear-resistant flanged cone made of wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the knife gate valve, which can prevent particle materials from directly flushing on the seal, thereby improving working conditions and extending service life.
4According to the needs, multiple flushing ports can be set around the valve body, which can be directly flushed with air, steam or water to prevent sediment from gradually accumulating. It is particularly suitable for fluids with difficult input.

Ordering Notice:
1. If the customer has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract:
a. Structural length;
b. Connection form;
c. Nominal diameter;
d. Product usage medium, temperature, and pressure range;
e. Testing, inspection standards, and other requirements.
2. Our factory can configure various driving devices according to specific customer requirements.
3. When the customer provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition of mutual understanding between the supply and demand parties.
4. Futures and ordering customers are requested to first call and provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location. And 30% of the total contract amount shall be prepaid, and the supplier shall prepare materials for production.
