KPF-16 balance valve
KPF-16 balance valve is a type of valve with special functions, which has good flow characteristics, can allocate flow reasonably, achieve flow quantification, and effectively solve the problem of uneven temperature in heating (air conditioning) systems. Due to the valve being equipped with an opening indicator, an opening locking device, and a pressure measuring small valve for flow measurement, only appropriate sized balance valves are installed in each branch and user inlet, and after one-time debugging and locking with specialized intelligent instruments, the total water volume of the system can be controlled within a reasonable range, thus overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "small flow, small temperature difference". This product is an ideal choice for heating systems.

Installation and use of balance valve
The installation position of the balance valve: The balance valve can be installed on both the water supply pipe and the return pipe. Generally, we recommend installing it on the return pipe, especially for high-temperature circuits. For ease of debugging, it should be installed on the return pipe. The supply (return) pipe for installing the balance valve does not need to have a shut-off valve.
