2、 Product Overview

The constant temperature and humidity weighing system is a high-performance device used for weighing various samples. Place a high-precision electronic balance in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, balance the sample to be weighed in the equilibrium zone of the chamber, and then manually weigh it. This system effectively avoids the influence of changes in laboratory environment temperature and humidity on sample weighing results, greatly improving the accuracy of weighing results.

3、 Performance characteristics

◆The high-precision electronic balance and sample are balanced and weighed in the same constant temperature and humidity environment, which improves the accuracy of sample weighing.

◆The system is an automatic and stable constant temperature and humidity closed working system, which transports the temperature and humidity gases in the system to the mixing box through a quasi-static cycle. After efficient filtration, the sorted and stable temperature and humidity gases are sent to the operating box to form a complete closed-loop system. Completely avoiding the interference of unstable external environment temperature and humidity, as well as air pollution, on the measurement samples and balance results has improved the accuracy of weighing results.

◆The equipment adopts a complete separation technology between the host and the operation box. The host and the operation box are connected through a flexible variable frequency connection with efficient insulation. Not only does it reduce the efficiency loss during the transmission of constant temperature and humidity gas, but it also avoids the transmission of vibration generated during the operation of the host to the operation box, making the operation box work completely in an environment without any seismic source.

◆The front door of the operation box is equipped with a double-layer tempered glass observation window and an operation port with two anti-static rubber gloves. It is convenient for observation and weighing operations, and avoids interference with the constant temperature and humidity environment during manual operation, ensuring the stability of the constant temperature and humidity environment during weighing operations.

◆adoptElectronic steam humidification, built-in water tank (tap water is sufficient) and self-priming water replenishment pump, with water shortage alarm, realizing fully automatic water addition and humidification. The equipment comes with a condensate water recovery device for circulating water supply, effectively solving the problem of frequent water addition to the water tank during long-term operation.

◆The sample tray inside the operation box is fixed on a foldable manual robotic arm, making it easier to retrieve and store samples during weighing.

◆The main cabinet and operation box are made of 304 stainless steel brushed material, which is both beautiful and practical, as well as has anti-corrosion and anti-static functions.

◆Multi level seismic treatment. The operation box can also be optionally equipped with a multifunctional electronic balance shock-absorbing table (desk).
