2、 Product Usage

Used for COD sample digestion in high chloride water bodies (water and wastewater, with chloride ion concentration greater than 1000mg/L).

Suitable for COD determination in wastewater from oil fields, coastal refineries, oil depots, chlor alkali plants, pesticides, chemicals, and deep-sea wastewater discharge.

3、 Working principle

Under certain conditions, the amount of potassium dichromate consumed by the water sample is converted to the corresponding mass concentration of oxygen, which is the apparent CODcr. The mass concentration of oxygen corresponding to the chlorine gas generated by the oxidized chloride ions in the water sample is the chloride ion correction value. The difference between the apparent CODcr and the chloride ion correction value is the CODcr of the measured water sample. Suitable for the digestion of CODcr in water and wastewater with chloride ion concentration greater than 1000mg/L, less than 50000mg/L, and CODcr greater than 10mg/L.

4、 Technical indicators

Heating method: Using ceramic infrared radiator and microcrystalline panel (thermal expansion coefficient less than 1.6x 10-6/℃ at 0 ℃ -700 ℃, thermal conductivity of 1.7W/m. ℃ at 90 ℃), beautiful, acid and alkali resistant, and uniform heat transfer.

Dissolving unit: Six in one, single hole single control, digestion temperature, timing, and nitrogen flow rate can be freely set.

★ Endpoint control: When the set digestion time is reached, heating will automatically stop, and the nitrogen flow rate will automatically switch to a static flow rate, without the need for manual supervision.

★ Anti chlorine interference: [Cl -]<50000mg/L has no effect.

★ COD measurement range: Water samples with COD ≤ 700mg/L (undiluted) and above 10mg/L, exceeding the dilution measurement range of the water sample

Dissolving bottle: connected with polytetrafluoroethylene joint thread, with good sealing effect, time-saving and labor-saving installation and disassembly.

★ Condenser tube: Adopting a linear bearing structure, it can easily slide up and down, and the inlet and outlet of the condensate water are connected by threads for easy cleaning and replacement.

★ Chlorine absorption device: Adopting a secondary absorption device, it reacts fully with the absorption liquid.

Refrigeration system: Built in compressor cooling system, internal circulating water cooling, no need for external water source, adding water multiple times at once, no need for external tap water, saving water resources.

★ Nitrogen blowing system: adopts imported proportional valve, digital regulation of nitrogen flow rate, and automatic closed-loop control of flow rate according to pressure;

★ Nitrogen flow parameters: flow control range 0-50mL/min, control accuracy ± 1.5% F.S, repeatability accuracy ± 0.2% F.S.

Temperature range: Room temperature -300 ℃ (adjustable)
