2、 Product Overview

The KD-2000 integrated intelligent distillation apparatus is a new type of intelligent distillation treatment device that integrates constant temperature heating, automatic control of distillation endpoint, and cooling water circulation according to the laboratory distillation pretreatment operating procedures. This instrument has tested functions such as precise temperature control, automatic anti backflow suction, uniform heating, anti boiling, and intelligent endpoint control. Easy to use, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. After comparing and verifying the distillation recovery rate in the metrology certification laboratory, the results are accurate and reliable, with a recovery rate of over 95%.

This instrument can be widely used in various chemical laboratories that require distillation treatment, such as environmental protection, disease control, aquaculture, water supply and drainage, universities, research institutes, factories, and mining enterprises. It can be used for distillation treatment of volatile phenols, cyanides, ammonia nitrogen, and moisture in Kjeldahl nitrogen oil, as well as distillation experiments for residual sulfur dioxide in food. The heating program is equipped with micro boiling and full boiling modes, and the distillation speed can be selected according to different sample boiling points to ensure the safety and stability of the distillation experiment and prevent boiling explosion.

The bottom of the heating zone is equipped with a gold-plated insulation layer to prevent heat loss at the bottom. High thermal radiation efficiency.
