This device is a flow extraction device, characterized by high efficiency, speed, and labor-saving. This product can be used in conjunction with an infrared spectrophotometer for oil analysis.

Note: If the sampling volume is too large, it may suck water into the air pump and cause damage to the pump
3Installation method
Open the extraction packaging, remove the extractor, make sure the front switch is in the 0 position, and turn on the 220V power supply.
4Instructions for use
1) Close the separation switch of the lower separation funnel
2) Inject water sample from the upper funnel
3) Inject extractant from the upper funnel
4) Cover the top exhaust plug tightly to prevent it from popping out during the extraction process
5) Confirm that both switches are in the '0' position and that the 220V power supply is connected
6) Turn on the power switch to 'one' and suck the mixture into the funnel above.
7) Turn the power switch to "0", wait for the mixed liquid to enter the lower funnel, and then turn the switch to "1". After the mixed liquid is sucked into the upper funnel, turn the switch to "0". Repeat this several times and wait for the liquid to separate after the water sample * is injected into the lower funnel.
8) Remove the upper exhaust plug.
9) After the liquid has separated into layers, release the bottom extractant through the separation switch for testing.
10) Release the waste liquid and disconnect the 220V power supply.
5wash
1) Usually can be cleaned with clean water
2) When the pollution is severe, use a 5% potassium dichromate solution for cleaning
3) When it cannot be cleaned thoroughly, disassemble the glass device and clean it.
