1、 Basic structure of jacket type magnetic flap level gauge
Install a sleeve outside the measuring tube (main tube) of the magnetic flap level gauge, with an inlet and outlet steam (liquid) interface at each end of the sleeve, thus forming a jacket type magnetic flap level gauge.
2、 Application of jacketed magnetic flap level gauge
The jacket type is mainly used for measuring the liquid level of high viscosity and low boiling point media.
When measuring liquid media with high viscosity and easy solidification, steam or high-temperature water can be continuously introduced into the jacket cavity to effectively prevent the measured medium from solidifying in the measuring tube, thus enabling continuous liquid level measurement.
When measuring liquid media with low boiling points that are prone to boiling, cooling water can be continuously introduced into the jacket cavity to stabilize the liquid level, thereby accurately observing the height of the liquid level.
IIIJacketed magnetic flap level gaugeMain technical parameters
1. Measurement range: L=500-6000mm;
2. Indication error: ± 10mm;
3. Work pressure: ≤ 6.3MPa;
4. Medium temperature: 350 ℃;
5. Medium density: ≥ 0.4g/cm3;
6. Pressure of insulation or cooling medium inside the jacket cavity: ≤ 0.6MPa;
7. Size of jacket cavity connecting pipe: G1/2 "(external thread);
8. Connection flange: □ Specification: DN20, DN25 (optional); □ Standards: PN1.0~PN2.5, JB/T83-94 (flat welding) PN4.0~PN0, JB/T84-94 (concave convex), instrument convex surface. Or choose other flange standards, please specify when ordering.
9. Installation method: Side mounted.
10. A needle valve should be installed at the inlet (lower end) of the jacket cavity to facilitate the on/off of the medium inside the jacket cavity;
