Overview of JYWQ Automatic Mixing Sewage Pump

JYWQ, JBWQ, JPWO series automatic mixing sewage pumps use automatic mixing devices on the basis of ordinary sewage pumps. This device rotates with the motor shaft to produce extremely strong mixing force, mixing the sediment in the sewage pool into suspended solids, and sucking them into the pump for discharge, which improves the anti blocking and sewage discharge capacity of the pumps, completes drainage, cleaning, desilting, and saves operating costs at one time. It is an environmental protection product with obvious progressiveness and usability. Note: JYWQ and JBWQ are ordinary automatic mixing sewage pumps; JPWQ is an automatic mixing and discharging pump with a stainless steel jacket and internal circulation cooling system.

Structural Characteristics Description

1. Adopting a unique dual channel unobstructed impeller structure, it improves the flow and discharge capacity of sewage and pollutants.

2. The automatic mixing device generates extremely strong mixing force, which mixes the sediment in the pool into suspended solids and sucks them into the impeller for discharge, achieving the effect of dredging.

3. The partition divides the base into two parts, and mixing and water inlet do not affect each other.

4. The mechanical seal is a double end mechanical seal, which is kept in the oil chamber for a long time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the water pump.

5. The pump power seal with a secondary impeller structure not only serves as an auxiliary seal to protect the mechanical seal, but also balances axial forces and extends the service life of the bearing.

6. There is no leakage detection probe in the pump connection chamber. When leakage occurs, the probe sends a signal and the control system implements protection for the pump. Our company can provide a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet.

7. The stator of the motor adopts B-level and F-level insulation, and is equipped with a thermal protector. When the motor is overloaded and heats up, the protector will act in a timely manner to provide absolute protection for the pump and motor.

8. There is an oil-water probe installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil chamber and the probe sends a signal for the control system to protect the water pump.

9. JPWQ is equipped with an internal circulation cooling system, which can ensure the normal operation of the water pump at low water levels in the pool.

Precautions for use

(1) Before operation, use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding to ground, which should not be less than 50 megohms.

(2) Check for any damage or breakage of the cable. If there is any damage, it must be replaced in a timely manner to avoid electric leakage; The cable cross-section should match the current.

(3) When the voltage exceeds ± 10% of the rated voltage, the electric pump shall not be started.

(4) To ensure safe use, the grounding wire in the four core cable must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock accidents.

(5) When the electric pump is submerged in water, it should be lifted vertically and not allowed to be placed horizontally on the ground, let alone get stuck in sludge. When stopping use, the electric pump should be lifted and cleaned, placed in a dry place, and attention should be paid to antifreeze.

(6) Do not use cables as installation lifting ropes.

(7) Check the direction of rotor rotation, which should be clockwise when viewed from top to bottom.

(8) Outdoor switches or terminals should be protected from rain and moisture, and should not be touched when hands are wet or feet are bare to prevent electric shock.

(9) When moving the electric pump, the power must be cut off, and people must not come into contact with the water source while the pump is running to prevent electric leakage and personal accidents.

(10) It is strictly prohibited to operate the motor with a missing phase. If the fuse is found to be blown, the cause should be checked before continuing to use, and the fuse should not be thickened arbitrarily.

(11) When the pump is running, there should be a dedicated person to manage it. If any abnormal phenomena are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. (Refers to the situation where the terminal is equipped with a fully automatic protection cabinet).

(12) After half a year of normal operation of the electric pump under the specified working medium conditions, the sealing condition of the oil chamber should be checked. If the oil in the oil chamber is emulsified or has water precipitation, the 10-20 # mechanical oil and mechanical seal should be replaced in a timely manner. For electric pumps used under harsh working conditions, regular maintenance should be carried out.

(13) Users should choose the appropriate flow and head according to the actual operating conditions to achieve optimal performance. The parameters shown on the pump nameplate or instruction manual are the optimal operating conditions. Users can choose to use within (0.7-1.2) times the optimal flow rate, and excessive flow is prohibited. Otherwise, excessive flow and low head may cause motor overload.
