1、 Equipment Overview:

3、 Working principle introduction:

This machine consists of the main transmission mechanism, core rod mechanism, top material mechanism, clamping mechanism, electrical system, and hydraulic system. When working, the electric motor drives the oil pump to rotate and supply pressure oil. The microcomputer (PLC) sends instructions to control the opening and closing of each solenoid valve, so that each oil cylinder moves in a certain order and regularity to achieve the purpose of bending the pipe.

5、 Operation steps:

1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch;

2. Place the trial mold tube into the first two pairs of feeding wheel molds, adjust their handwheels, and clamp the tube tightly;

3. Adjust the position and stroke of the pre press mold, test and adjust it to the curvature of the pre bend pipe, and tighten the nut for adjusting the stroke of the press mold;

4. Place the tube into the first pair of feeding wheel molds, press the foot switch, and the machine will automatically feed the tube, press the mold, and retract the mold to achieve rounding work;

If it is necessary to change the curvature of the product, the stroke of the mold can be adjusted.
