1overview

The JXPT-100 integrated temperature pressure flow monitor (hereinafter referred to as the temperature pressure flow monitor) consists of an S-shaped pitot tube, a thermal resistor, a micro pressure difference/absolute pressure sensor group, a blowback unit, and a signal control processor. It is an integrated flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and smoke temperature monitor specially developed for high dust, high temperature, high humidity, and high corrosion environments in flue gas emission monitoring. It meets the requirements of relevant standards and is suitable for real-time continuous measurement of flue gas flow rate, pressure, temperature, and flow rate in continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS).

  • It can measure the flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and temperature of flue gas in real time, and output active 4-20mA signals through 4 channels of analog signals.
  • Automatic timing or manual zeroing of dynamic pressure and flow rate.
  • LCD displays various measurement data and signals, which can be directly read for easy debugging.
  • High measurement accuracy, good reliability, and can work continuously for a long time.
  • Equipped with an automatic blowback unit, it can regularly clean the particles inside the pitot tube, and the blowback interval time can be set.
  • Easy installation and wiring, low maintenance.
  • Small size, compact structure, and small installation space required.

Special note: Change the static pressure range to(60 ~140)kPa(Absolute pressure)

Backblowing unit

Electromagnetic valve power supply: 220VAC, blowback time: 4s, blowback interval time: can be set to 1, 2, 4, 8 hours or no blowback. The factory setting is to blow back every 4 hours.

Automatic zeroing:The zero point of dynamic pressure and flow rate can be automatically calibrated with a set interval time.

Pitot tube length:1000mm、1500mm、1800mm; Customized according to customer needs.
