4、 Instructions for use:
1. Pinching the medium speed within the speed range can extend the service life of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a stable ground, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.
Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the smallest position.
4. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the instrument and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position.
6. Connect the external power supply, turn the power switch to the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.
7. Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the smallest position, the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.
5、 Operating instructions:
1. Read all user manuals.
2. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine and have good grounding measures.
When replacing the fuse, the plug should be unplugged from the socket.
4. After the malfunction of electrical wires or equipment, it should be repaired by professionals. Using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause certain quality problems.
5. When used in an environment with children, close attention should be paid.
During use, it is strictly prohibited to insert fingers into the gaps of movement.

6、 Maintenance method:
1. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for water droplets, dirt, and other debris falling into the motor and control components, as well as to inspect fuses, control components, and fastening screws.
3. The bearings of the rotating parts have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium nano base) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
5. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon. If abnormal noise is found in the motor, bearings in the transmission part are worn, belts are loose or cracked, or electronic control components fail after one year of use, our company will continue to provide high-quality services to assist in handling them.
