Product Introduction


This series of impact testing machines is used to test the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic loads, in order to determine the quality condition of materials under dynamic loads, and comply with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". Conduct impact testing on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metal Materials"

This machine is a semi-automatic impact testing machine with a microcomputer screen display. It is controlled by a PC microcomputer and can achieve microcomputer based operations such as swing, impact, measurement, calculation, screen display, and printing. It has high work efficiency and testing accuracy. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy is used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test. The operation is simple and the work efficiency is high. Especially in laboratories that conduct continuous impact tests and in industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing that conduct a large number of impact tests, its superiority can be better demonstrated. Computers can calculate and display the impact absorption energy, pendulum swing angle, and experimental average value of materials. Remote data transmission can also be achieved according to user needs.
