Product Introduction

This series of impact testing machines is used to test the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic loads, in order to determine the quality condition of materials under dynamic loads, and comply with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". GB/T229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metallic Materials" conducts impact tests on metallic materials.

The equipment is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. The swing, impact, and release are controlled by a microcontroller, and the remaining energy after the impact test can be used to automatically swing and prepare for the next test, automatically calculating the equivalent impact toughness. Especially suitable for laboratories that conduct continuous impact tests and industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing that conduct a large number of impact tests.
