The JB-4C precision roughness meter is a high-precision stylus type surface roughness measuring instrument that can test the roughness of various parts such as flat surfaces, inclined surfaces, outer cylindrical surfaces, inner hole surfaces, deep groove surfaces, circular arc surfaces, and spherical surfaces, and measure the shape, contour, and other parameters of surface roughness. It can also measure the TP step of workpieces. The instrument is easy to use, with high measurement accuracy and stable repeatability.
The instrument is equipped with a computer and specialized measurement software, using advanced noise free mechanical positioning devices to select different positions of the measured parts, set various measurement lengths for automatic measurement, and evaluate up to 3000 sampled data points within the evaluation section. All measurement data and curves can be displayed on the screen or printed out, so they are widely used in various industries such as automotive accessories, machinery, mold processing, scientific research institutions, and colleges and universities.
The instrument complies with the national standard GB/T3505-2000, GB/T6062-2001, GB/T10610-1998, And the international standard ISO5436, Requirements of ISO11562.
