For your convenience in selecting the appropriate adhesive head, please pay attention to the following four aspects of information:

Rubber head shape
Please choose the appropriate adhesive head shape according to different printing requirements. For details, please refer to the "Adhesive Head Legend". When recording the type of rubber head, please pay attention to distinguishing between ordinary rubber heads and rubber head particles.
silicone material
The raw material for making the adhesive head is a silicone material that is non-toxic to the human body. Our company has selected five representative silicone raw materials, namely:
① Enhanced... red... German raw materials have excellent ink transfer performance, good resilience, long lifespan, fatigue resistance, and excellent solvent resistance.
③ Enhanced... Blue... Italian raw materials have better ink transfer performance and excellent solvent resistance
④ Ordinary type... yellow... Japanese raw material is a commonly used silicone material.
⑥ Standard type... red... domestically developed raw materials with complete intellectual property rights. Comparative experiments have shown that they have similar performance to German raw materials.
⑦ Anti static... Peach blossom... Eliminating static adhesive heads can effectively improve the ratio of ink collection/discharge and solve printing problems such as bubbles and sand holes.
Hardness
Our company uses the TECLOCK GS-701N rubber hardness tester from Japan to measure the hardness of the rubber head. Based on the measured values, the rubber head is divided into 9 hardness levels:
Hardness ①... 1-3 degrees (± 2) Hardness ④... 18-20 degrees (± 2) Hardness ⑦... 33-35 degrees (± 2)
Hardness ②... 8-10 degrees (± 2) Hardness ⑤... 23-25 degrees (± 2) Hardness ⑧... 38-40 degrees (± 2)
Hardness ③... 13-15 degrees (± 2) Hardness ⑥... 28-30 degrees (± 2) Hardness ⑨... 43-45 degrees (± 2)
Special matters
Adhesive heads are divided into two types: ordinary adhesive heads and adhesive heads with large particles (see adhesive head legend for details), and are divided into two types based on the surface roughness of the adhesive head: smooth and matte. Smooth adhesive heads have high surface smoothness, and printed graphics and text are prominent in details, with a smooth and even surface; Matte adhesive heads have stronger ink extraction ability and better ink transfer than smooth adhesive heads. They can be selected reasonably according to specific printing requirements. Specifically:
