The iron remover rectifier equipment is a product designed by our factory in recent years to meet the needs of a large number of users. It adopts bridge rectifier method and uses high-quality rectifier trigger modules. It has the characteristics of simple circuit, small size, light weight, and adjustable voltage. The control part adopts PLC programmable controller to achieve automatic operation of iron remover, which is suitable for use with electromagnetic iron remover.
The iron removal device composed of this rectification control equipment and corresponding iron remover is suitable for removing iron parts from non-magnetic material conveyor belts in mines, docks, thermal power plants, cement, sugar and other areas, protecting the safety of crushers or coal mills, and improving the grade of conveyed materials.
The cabinet of this rectification control equipment adopts a front and rear door opening method and can be installed on the ground. The voltage regulating and rectifying components use dedicated radiators, and there is an air inlet window at the bottom of the cabinet to effectively accelerate the heat dissipation inside the control cabinet and extend the service life of the components inside the cabinet.
principle
The main circuit of the rectification control equipment adopts a three-phase power supply directly input from the power grid, and provides a voltage adjustable DC power supply to the iron remover through a bridge rectifier circuit. The DC output terminal forms a fixed closed loop with the load magnet coil and is equipped with a freewheeling diode to prevent secondary overvoltage damage to the equipment. The control circuit is jointly controlled by a programmable controller and a limit switch to achieve timed forward and reverse rotation of the electric car, thereby achieving the purpose of alternating operation of the iron remover for iron removal.
install
1. All boxes are installed using their own anchor bolt holes, with an installation inclination of no more than 5 degrees, and there is a certain gap between each box for installation and maintenance.
2. The installation site should have no significant shaking or impact oscillation, no rain or snow invasion, and should be installed in a medium without explosive hazards. The medium should also be free of gases and dust (including conductive dust) that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
