The HW-XMTA series intermittent or continuous PID regulator is a fully functional display control instrument that can freely define input signals, range, display modes, and other content. The regulator can output up to 5 switch values, one of which can be dedicated to controlling the breaking resistance, breaking coupling, and open circuit information of the input part, and the other is used for switch values, control values, or programmable dual timers, counters, or programmable intelligent sound and light alarms. The PID continuous control quantity, process quantity, setpoint, valve position feedback quantity, etc. inside the instrument are output in the form of 0-10mA or 4-20mA analog quantity. The same quantity can be given to any one or two output ports, up to a maximum of three. Once an unforeseeable fault occurs in the input section, the relay and analog output section used for positional control can maintain their pre fault state, and the instrument display section will flash. In the event of a fault, the output part of the instrument's intermittent and continuous PID control maintains the output before the fault in automatic mode, and the regulator pauses the calculation. The operator can still control it in manual mode.

HW-XMTA-1000 model has functions

The third and fourth set values can be combined to achieve organic control of a relay, simplifying the external wiring or components of the instrument and reducing the occupation of internal hardware resources. The intermittent PID regulator instrument can directly control single-phase resistive loads with AC power below 2KW or output 3 sets of synchronous signals triggering bidirectional thyristors below 500A for users with built-in 40A bidirectional thyristors.
