1、 Product Introduction
At present, most of the environmental parameters in the greenhouse are adjusted by manual collection and management, which not only takes up a lot of labor, but also causes errors due to negligence of personnel, wasting too much manpower and increasing costs. In order to improve production efficiency, enhance the automation level of greenhouses, provide a good growth environment for crops, and increase yield, a low-cost greenhouse insulation cotton quilt automatic control system has been designed. The system adopts a combination of sensors and controllers, as well as software and hardware, to achieve automatic retraction and control of greenhouse insulation cotton quilts and ventilation openings. So as to control and change various parameters in the environment, achieving the effect of increasing crop yield and improving quality. Moreover, this system can achieve automatic intelligent control of greenhouse cotton quilts and air vents by setting time control parameters, environmental logic parameters, and equipment linkage parameters, which can be used in different crops.
The new shed intelligent controller adopts high-performance industrial grade chips and integrates all peripheral circuits internally, with high reliability and anti-interference ability. A single intelligent controller can simultaneously control multiple devices (such as cotton quilts, air vents, and other devices with forward and reverse rotation) to work normally and provide supportOne 485 interface is used to collect air temperature, humidity, and light intensity, enabling real-time monitoring of the temperature, humidity, and light intensity in one's own greenhouse environment and logical control of corresponding equipment.
2、 Functional Features
1. 7-inch touch screen displays greenhouse environment data, equipped with automatic control logic, manual touch control, etc;
2. One click control of greenhouse cotton quilts on mobile phones, automatic rolling of air vents.
3. Time control: The internal clock chip can achieve time control.
4. Logical control: With the support of matching sensors, logical control can be achieved.
5. Interlock control: The interlock control between the cotton quilt and the air vent can only be activated when the cotton quilt is turned on. Prevent damage to the air outlet motor.
6. Hardware limit: The device automatically stops when it touches the limit, preventing human negligence from rolling the quilt over or over.
7. Time limit: There is an internal time limit function that stops after timeout.
8. Logic stop: There is an internal logic limit function that can be set to turn on (or off) the size and automatically stop at the position (wireless app).
9. Phase sequence protection: equipped with a phase sequence detection module, with phase loss and wrong phase alarm to prevent equipment from reversing.
10. Overcurrent protection: When the motor is stuck and the current is too high, the fuse will automatically blow. Prevent the motor from burning out.
11. The device comes with built-in fault detection and alarm functions. When the fault light flashes or there is a buzzing sound, it indicates that the device has a fault and needs to be initialized.
