IntelliQube's top-notch multifunctional pipetting system facilitates rapid liquid handling of 384 well or 768 well Array Tapes. The operation of transferring samples to Array Tape is done through interchangeable CyBi®The Felix 96 or 384 channel pipette head is used, while the 4-channel pipette injector can transfer reagents into the reaction system. The error of the IntelliQube liquid processing system is less than 5%, ensuring the reproducibility and data quality of the experiment.

















Pipette flushing









The IntelliQube pipette flushing system can effectively reduce the consumption of pipette tips, lower the cost of corresponding consumables, and reduce the risk of cross contamination. This system utilizes the fluid stirring of the pipette head to achieve complete cleaning of the inside and outside of the suction head, while its touch off function can counteract surface tension and remove residual liquid.Combining cleaning additives such as bleach with each cleaning can ensure the integrity of the test and reduce the risk of cross contamination.

IntelliQube supports inline amplification through a Peltier thermal cycling block specifically designed for Array Tape. Due to the unique block design and surface geometry, there is no need to replace the block, and it can support 384 hole array tape and 768 hole array tape. This system has excellent heating rate, uniformity and accuracy of reaction temperature, and can be widely compatible with various amplification methods, including rapid PCR and isothermal chemical methods.










HydrocyclerTM







Hydrocycler combines flux, high efficiency, and stable design characteristics to inline amplify endpoint PCR reactants on array coils, making it another high-throughput alternative. The system has 3 accurately temperature controlled water baths, which can be optimized to 50 arrays for rapid thermal cycling per operation. The endpoint fluorescence signal can be read out by IntelliQube after the PCR reaction is complete, which is 5 times higher in endpoint PCR flux compared to inline thermal cycling.

IntelliQube has advanced optical systems that enable inline fluorescence detection on Arrays Tape. The filtered LED has been optimized for various commonly used fluorescent groups with excitation ranges of 480-620 nm. The high-resolution CCD camera supports detecting dye fluorescence intensity within the emission range of 510-705nm in 5 detection channels.

Software and Data Analysis








Intellics is an innovative software product that provides central data management, instrument monitoring, operational optimization, protocol generation, and simplified data analysis for IntelliQube. Intellics is preloaded on each instrument, and users can access it through a unified web-based interface that allows for simple multi-user access. Intellics has two distinctive applications: Array Builder ™ Allow users to quickly generate liquid handling and thermal cycling protocols; IntelliScore can be used for post PCR data analysis and supports various types of PCR experiments, including absolute quantification (standard curve), relative quantification (relative standard curve and Δ Δ Cq), genotype analysis, etc. The touch screen interface is convenient for instrument control and also supports real-time data monitoring.
