Process flow

The raw water flows by static pressure or is lifted by a lift pump to the inline mixer built into the integrated water purification equipment for thorough mixing, and then flows into the star shaped flocculation reaction zone. The mixture of flocculant and raw water is cut and stirred by the star shaped flocculation equipment, thoroughly mixed, and reacted. The star shaped flocculation reaction zone condenses suspended small particles in the water into relatively large volume alum flowers that are easy to filter and remove. After passing throughVWhen using a sedimentation device, the water flow passes through the shallow sedimentation principle of the inclined plate, effectively removing larger particles of flocs and suspended solids in the water flow. The effluent from the sedimentation zone can fully meet the requirements of industrial water without the need for filtration.

The coagulant commonly used for integrated water purification equipment is basic aluminum chloride（PAC）The specific selection can be based on the actual water quality of the project; Disinfectants generally use chlorine dioxide or sodium hypochlorite disinfectants; The purchaser should pay attention to selecting coagulants and disinfectants, and must choose products with hygiene permits to ensure the safety of the water supply project.
