Application fields of metal coated gaskets:
Especially suitable for heat exchangers, reactors, gas pipelines, cast iron flanges, cylinder heads, boilers, and other pressure vessels. Generally, during installation, a deformation of 30% of the initial thickness of the gasket can be suppressed, which can effectively seal the unevenness and small defects of the flange. By selecting different metals and filling materials, it can be applied to various media.

Advantages of metal coated gaskets:
Strong, non fragile, and sturdy, but with limited rebound force, it is necessary to have a flat flange surface and high fastening force to achieve good results (which can be improved by applying graphite plates externally).
