3、 Notes on Equipment Selection

1. When users choose a dosing device, they first determine the specifications based on the amount of solution required by the system (including metering pump parameters, mixing tank volume, solution tank volume, and on-site conditions), and then determine the dosing method based on the dosing situation (usually using the "one on one backup" or "multiple on one backup" method);

2. Select the materials of each component of the dosing device (stainless steel, carbon steel, non-metallic materials), the model of the metering pump (diaphragm pump, plunger pump), or the parameters of the dosing agent (name, concentration, temperature, density, viscosity, corrosiveness, etc.) as needed;

3. For several boxes and several pumps;

4. Is the metering pump a plunger pump or a diaphragm pump;

5. Measure pump flow and pressure;
