Product Introduction

The integrated device for boosting water injection is designed specifically for oilfield boosting water injection. The device consists of a boosting water injection pump, a high-pressure Blue filter, an intelligent precision injection instrument, an electric multi-stage regulating valve, process pipelines, and supporting valves. It integrates functions such as filtration, boosting, metering, and self-control into one, and is suitable for high-pressure under injection wells and local under injection areas in low-permeability oilfields. Simply transport the equipment to the well site and connect it with the water distribution valve group to put it into use. It can replace conventional boosting water injection stations in oilfields and minimize construction cycles, investment costs, and maintenance costs.

Product composition

The device mainly consists of a pry base, pipeline valves, booster water injection pump, electric actuator, control and detection unit, etc. This device is equipped with standard RS-485 and RJ45 interfaces to meet the needs of digital oil fields. Wireless data transmission radio and GPRS wireless communication technology are applied to the control system, making communication more flexible and reliable.

Product Process

After the device filters the water from the existing water injection system, it is pressurized to the required pressure of the water injection well through a booster water injection pump. After being measured by an intelligent precision injection instrument, it enters the existing water injection pipe network outside the station.
