Introduction:
Salt water spray testing machine is specially designed for surface treatment of various materials, packaging coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic film, anodic treatment, rust preventive oil and other anti-corrosion treatment, and then test the corrosion resistance of its products. Applicable standards: GB/T2423, AST -117B-268, ISO3760 and other standards.
(1) Adopting a programmable control system, it can choose to use continuous salt spray (ASTM standard) or periodic salt spray (GB standard);
(2) The automatic/manual water addition system is adopted, which can automatically replenish the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test is not interrupted.
(3) The precise glass nozzle (PYREX) disperses the mist evenly and naturally falls on the test piece, ensuring no crystal salt blockage;
(4) Equipped with dual over temperature protection and insufficient water level warning to ensure safe use;
(5) The temperature controller uses digital symbols for display, PID control, with an error of ± 0.1 ℃;
(6) The laboratory adopts steam direct heating method, with fast and uniform heating speed, reducing standby time;
(7) The spray tower is equipped with a conical disperser, which has the functions of guiding fog, adjusting fog volume and even falling fog volume;
(8) The saturated air tank adopts Henry's law to heat and humidify, and provides the required humidity for the experiment;
(9) Test temperature: Salt water test: Laboratory temperature 35 ℃, saturated tank temperature 47 ℃;
(10) Corrosion test: laboratory temperature 50 ℃, saturated drum temperature 63 ℃;
(11) There are several tests that can be conducted, including neutral salt spray test, abbreviated as NSS (acid salt spray test), abbreviated as ASS (copper salt accelerated acetic acid test), abbreviated as CASS;
(12) Adopting the Bernoulli principle to extract saltwater and then atomize it uniformly, without any obstruction or crystallization, ensuring the standard of continuous testing;
(13) Spray volume adjustment 1-2mI (mI/80cm2/h) (16 hour average).
