【1】 Structural characteristics of box type rain test box:
1. The outer shell material of the box is made of high-quality stainless steel plate with textured treatment, and the inner liner material is made of stainless steel light plate;
2. Large area visible glass door for easy observation of the condition of the tested sample inside the test chamber;
3. Swing of the swing tube: The swing tube control system adopts automatic control through a stepper motor, and the swing tube angle and speed can be set through instruments;
4. Water pump supply, with flow (pressure) regulating valve. The water supply tank is equipped with a water quality filter, an inlet float valve, and a drain valve. If heating is required, an electric heating tube and a temperature controller can also be installed in the water tank. The sewage system is designed to quickly discharge water at the bottom of the box without accumulating water;
5. Nozzle: The bending radius of the swing tube is determined by the size of the specimen and the internal volume of the box; The nozzle is a foldable specialized nozzle, and the spray hole can be changed at any time according to the required aperture of the standard. The spray direction can be adjusted to ensure that the water droplets are evenly sprayed and the flow rate is sufficient;
6. A sample table with adjustable speed, made of stainless steel, with a motor rotating and a reducer adjusted to the appropriate speed;

7. The bottom of the rain test chamber adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels, which are convenient for users to move.

【6】 Operating instructions for the box type rain test chamber:
1. The rain aging test chamber first needs to be powered on, and then the power switch should be turned on. When the power light is on, it means that the controller will automatically enter the interface for stopping at a fixed value; Follow the operation manual, first set the test operation, and then enter the testing state according to the set operation mode;
2. If you want to observe the changes inside the box during the testing process, you can turn on the door light switch and view the changes in the test through the window; The temperature and humidity changes inside the test box will be displayed on the controller;
3. Open the handle of the box door, take out the test sample from the sample rack to view the tested sample, and record the test status. Finally, the test is completed;
4. After the rain aging test chamber is tested, turn off the power switch and then turn off the water inlet system; Also, I would like to remind everyone that when placing test samples, the capacity of the samples should not exceed two-thirds of the capacity of the testing area.
