Dust cleaning system:
1. Connect the controller power supply 220, press the power switch to turn on the indicator light, set the voltage selection switch to 15V, turn the power indicator from 15V to 30V, and press the display switch to turn on the digital glow display, which will jump in sequence.
2. Connect the compressed air source on the ventilation bag, and ensure that each electromagnetic pulse valve body is leak proof, tightly connected to the air bag, and solidly matched with the spray pipe.
3. Insert the plug of the control instrument output line into the output socket, and the digital display of the control instrument will change by one number for each jump. The corresponding electromagnetic pulse valves will be sprayed alternately.
4. Open the inspection door and see that when the electromagnetic pulse valve is spraying, a corresponding set of filter bags are bulging and shaking. At this point, it indicates that the dust removal system of the dust collector is working properly. (2) Ash removal system:
Dust automatically falls into the powder bin or is manually discharged
Sealing performance
1. Check the door and ensure that the sealing rubber strip on the upper cover is tightly fitted.
2. Fill and compact the rubber sealing strips between the upper and lower boxes, and the flange connections of the air inlet and outlet, and tighten the bolts. (4) Debugging and operation
1. Observe the digital sequence display of the controller, whether the 15V stabilized power supply and 30V amplifier power supply are positive, whether the corresponding electromagnetic pulse valve is blowing, and whether there is any air leakage.. (5) Production and use
1. At the beginning, the rotating fan should simultaneously activate the dust cleaning device. At the end, turn off the fan and dust cleaning device. 2. A dedicated instrument maintenance worker should be appointed. Familiar with the working principle and technical performance of pulse controllers, master adjustment methods, and promptly troubleshoot.
3. Each sliding component should move flexibly, be regularly oiled, and there should be no noise or shaking.
