1、 Product Introduction:

Insertion type single flange liquid level transmitter is an on-site liquid level transmitter directly installed on pipelines or containers. Due to the direct contact between the isolation membrane and the liquid medium, there is no need to use a pressure tube to lead out the positive pressure side. Therefore, it can measure the liquid level, pressure, and density of media such as high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization, easy precipitation, and strong corrosion, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal output.

The flanges are made of high-quality stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316; The liquid receiving membrane is made of imported high-quality anti-corrosion materials such as 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum, etc.

Advanced technology: The liquid contact membrane adopts advanced laser rapid welding technology and multi-layer welding process, which improves the sealing, reliability and stability of the product without changing the anti-corrosion performance of the liquid contact membrane, preventing joint brittleness, deformation and shrinkage; The adoption of surface ion coating anti-corrosion technology and extended welding process prevents the contact between corrosive medium and liquid level flange, greatly improving the anti-corrosion performance of the product; A vacuum degree of 10-4Pa can achieve high measurement accuracy.

Easy adjustment: The zero position and range potentiometers can be used to freely shift the zero position or change the range within the effective range of liquid level detection, and the two adjustments do not affect each other.

Widely applicable; Suitable for liquid level measurement in media with high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, etc.
